Get More Tissue

I guess I didn't have quite the right link for the adoption video. Chelsea e-mailed me the full version this afternoon. I think you'll really enjoy watching it. But like I said, definitely get more tissue.

A bit of background on the video....it was done to show in schools, pregnancy centers etc. as a way to promote adoption as an option for an unplanned pregnancy. The man who made the video filmed several families and ended up choosing ours to focus on which we think is so cool. We feel especially blessed to have this beautiful record of our story to share with Steele.

We have worked with and know many of the people shown in the video. They work at our agency and we feel so honored that we have been able to participate in their ministry to families, birth parents and children.

If you know anyone considering adoption - either birth parents or adoptive parents - please feel free to pass this on to them.

Having just *met* I really didn't know anything about you. It was nice to learn a bit about your life. What a moving story! And, I applaud you for being so open to the "open" adoption. It seems that would scare some people to allow the birth mother to be part of their child's life. You are truly an amazing women. Oh, and now I realize why you want to be in Mexico. Do you speak Spanish?

I loved this, Cutzi. So neat that your family's story was chosen. I'm excited for all the young women out there who will get to see this and I pray for the decisions they will make in response to it. Thanks for sharing this!!

Your posts are always so warm, loving, with an occasionally crazy post! This is such a great video, your family never ceases to amaze me! I am sending all of my thoughts and prayers for strength, peace, and smooth transitions for all of you!

PS I was 5 posts behind, I will have to try and remember what carrier we used was (I want to say Snugli, but can't remember, I will see if I still have it floating around in storage and you can give it a try) thanX for the glass cleaner tip (I love CostCo so any reason to go is a good one ;) right?) Yes you can get late night flights RedEye flights, never flown so not sure where to get the best deals....

HUGS from the whole clan! (We should get together at the park this summer!)
