Good for her! My husband is attempting to teach me how to play chess, but I lose my focus halfway through a game. (Apparently a hyper school-aged child has a better attention span than me.) My new favorite game is Carcassonne--a little bit of strategy, but it can also be fairly mindless. I like that in a game.
So cool. We just started a chess club at our school this year for grades 1-5. The kids love it. I agree it makes them better thinkers. Gooooo Cutzi's mom!

Hey, you're mom's like...famous! Very cool! My kids just don't have enough focus to sit and do something like that. If Kaylee sat still long enough to play a game of chess she would fall asleep! She got a movie for Christmas and STILL hasn't seen the entire thing because she falls asleep half way through! Congratulations to your mom and all the kids who got to have a fun, safe weekend event!
So you asked about the carmindy makeup line...heres the scoop. Buy the whole face makeup line, for sure the luminizing face primer (this one is a must) and liguid foundation. So amazing. I love the cream blush (color: flush) Also all the eye shadow trios are great. I bought three different sets. Of and the lip glosses are the best. I didn't buy any of the eye liners and mascara.
