Wow. That's um, quite the perfect timing for an exclamation like that. I'd ask about the context, but I'm thinking you might just want to put that one behind you.

No context. He just ran up to her, said it, and then she just sort of sat there staring at him. Fortunately, she works for our agency and knows us really well. She has teenage twin boys and when I explained that he got it from David and Goliath she understood.
I just sat there thinking to myself, "NO. WAY. This should totally be in a movie..."
Lol that is hilarious...i love how you share the things he says. i can guarantee a laugh or a smile when i read a "steele says" post.
